Dicydence applies the following data retention periods:

  • for general information relating to the identification of Customers: up to 3 years of inactivity of the Customer or until the deletion of his account by him or by DICYDENCE,
  • for information relating to navigation and connection to the Site: 12 months from the date of the first navigation on the Site.
  • for information relating to commercial transactions such as transaction and commercial monitoring information: for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the duration of the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • for commercial and advertising information relating to DICYDENCE and its brand, MAGLONE: up to the Customer’s request to unsubscribe or the right to erasure or up to 3 years of inactivity of the Customer

Law of persons

During the retention period of personal data, data subjects have the right to ask DICYDENCE:

  • request their erasure,
  • to oppose or limit the processing of this data,
  • to receive said personal data in a structured format (data portability).
